1. Introduction

Peymiz ("we", "us", "Platform") provides B2B SaaS software for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website and platform.

This policy applies to business users (account holders). End customers of a business may interact with a business's Peymiz-powered page; those customers' data is primarily controlled by the business, as explained below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and identity information

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form)
  • Account preferences and language settings

2.2 Business information

  • Business name, description, category, and public profile details
  • Store settings, hours, policies, FAQs, and branding you configure
  • Subscription and billing status (payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

2.3 Operational data you enter into the Platform

When you use Peymiz to run your business, we process data you and your customers generate, including:

  • Customer orders and order items
  • Appointments and booking details
  • Customer messages, inquiries, and chat content
  • Customer contact information you collect through your store page
  • Product catalogs, prices, images, and inventory-related fields

You control this data for your business. Peymiz processes it to provide the Service.

2.4 Usage and technical data

  • Device type, browser, IP address, and general location (derived from IP)
  • Log files, error reports, and performance metrics
  • Feature usage, clicks, and session activity within the dashboard
  • Security events (login attempts, suspicious activity)

2.5 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Authentication and session management
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Storing preferences (e.g., theme, language)
  • Analytics to understand how the Platform is used and to improve it

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect login and core functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about billing
  • Send service-related notices (updates, security alerts, support)
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms
  • Analyze usage trends and fix bugs
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business's end-customer data to compete with you or to sell products to your customers.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

5. Service Providers and Processors

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate the Service, including:

  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Supabase — database and file/image storage
  • Stripe and/or Paddle — subscription billing. Depending on which processor bills your account, that processor may act as the merchant of record for your subscription (see Terms of Service, Payment section)
  • Firebase (Google) — account sign-in and identity verification
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — optional order, appointment, and account notifications sent to you or your customers via WhatsApp, when you or they enable this feature
  • Web push infrastructure (via your browser vendor) — optional dashboard notifications for business owners who enable them
  • Email delivery services

These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards. They may be located outside your country.

6. Data Sharing

We may share information:

  • With service providers as described above
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of Peymiz, users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)

We do not share your business operational data with other businesses on the Platform for their marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure practices.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

Security incident notification. If we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected account holders without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law, and will take reasonable steps to investigate and mitigate the incident.

Support access. Authorized Peymiz personnel may temporarily access or sign in to your account to diagnose issues or provide support you request. This access is limited to what is necessary, is not used for any other purpose, and does not transfer ownership or control of your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you delete your account or request deletion (subject to legal exceptions), we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate backup/archival cycles.

Business operational data may be retained for a limited period after account closure for backup and legal compliance, then deleted according to our retention schedule.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete certain information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

To exercise these rights, contact shilohdhd1@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding.

If you are an end customer of a business using Peymiz, contact that business first regarding orders, messages, or personal data they hold about you, since the business controls that data. Peymiz does not provide a self-service account or deletion portal for end customers. If the business is unreachable or no longer operating, you may contact shilohdhd1@gmail.com and we will assist to the extent technically feasible.

10. International Users

Peymiz may be accessed from multiple countries. Your information may be processed in Israel and in other countries where we or our infrastructure and service providers (including hosting, database, authentication, and payment providers listed above) operate or maintain servers, which may include the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you acknowledge such transfers and our safeguards.

11. Mobile Applications

Peymiz is also available as an Android and iOS app that displays the same Service in a native app shell. The app may request device permissions such as camera or photo library access (to upload product images) and notification permissions (to deliver dashboard alerts you enable). This Privacy Policy applies to the app; the applicable app store's own terms and privacy practices also apply to your download and use of the app.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice.
